Difference among LITE/CHOICE/PRIME

Microphone transmitter

ISOLO LITE is a fill-in after ISOLO CHOICE’s retirement, to provide players a compact solution for live performances. To make the mic more sturdy and reduce interference, we replace the plastic holder to a metal mic capsule holder. Also omnidirectional pattern make it less critical for placing the mic to the best position.
In comparison, XL mic transmitter in PRIME system is able to capture more dynamic detail and has higher SPL. This will make you sound smoother and warmer, but requires more experience to find the sweet spot. In general, PRIME system is the go-to option for advanced players who pursue a superb sound quality.
Stage receiver

Cloudvocal discovered that there are two different ways of using the receiver. Some would like to minimize all control while the other wish to have total control over every function. Therefore in ISOLO LITE we removed some knobs to make it easier to use without sacrificing the core functions.
Speaking of the effects, we applied 2nd generation algorithm in ISOLO LITE to make the reverb more natural and musical. If you are new to effects, this design could give you what you want without complicated adjustments.
However, if you are an experienced performer who knows how to setup your gear and make the best of them, ISOLO PRIME could be your go to option since it allows you to have multiple inputs and more delicate effects. Not to mention that the overall sound quality is the best among all products.

How long does it takes to ship?

All purchases from Cloudvocal will be shipped by DHL. The package should arrive within 5 working days. However, due to unpredictable factors such as peak season (Christmas etc.) or delayed flight. It may also take up to 7 – 10 working days for customers to receive the goods.

Under most circumstance, customer should receive a reply within 3 working days (Holidays & weekend excluded). However, due to cases can be different and may require more technical analytics and support. Sometimes, it will take up to 5 working days for Cloudvocal to respond.

Why is there unexpected noise when recording video or audio on my iPad/iPhone with FlashTrack

When using an iPad or iPhone for video or audio recording, the system automatically switches between the built-in microphone and external audio input to ensure a smooth recording experience. However, the default bit rate and sample rate may differ between these sources. If an external device is accidentally connected or disconnected during recording, it can cause a mismatch in audio settings, which may result in unexpected noise or glitches in the recording. You may try the following steps to sort it out: Restart your device: Restart your iPhone / iPad. Power FlashTrack with an external power source: On certain models that use a Lightning port, the available power output may be limited. In some cases, the device may stop supplying power to FlashTrack due to power constraints, which can lead to the issues mentioned above.Make sure you are using the cable that came with the product: Using third-party or non-certified cables may lead to connectiong or power issues. Check the mic level: Make sure your signal level is in the recommended range to avoid clipping.If the problem remains after you have done the suggestions above, please provide:Photos of your connection setup The device model and os version. Battery Warranty Policy

Since all the batteries will evetually die out depends on the time being used. For example, the battery used inside the ISOLO will still remain 80% of its capacity after 300 cycle of charge. But it is unavoidable that the battery will run out. Hence, Cloudvocal came up with the special battery warranty policy for all our customers.

AR1 USB firmware update instruction

This firmware update version changes the AR1's connection recognition to use USB 2.0. With this update, you can directly connect AR1 to compatible USB 2.0 mobile devices using a USB-C adapter cable. Please note that this firmware update can only be installed through the Windows interface, and you may need to temporarily adjust security settings to execute the .exe file. This firmware update only provides better transmission compatibility for devices that originally supported USB functionality. It does not guarantee that mobile devices that previously did not support USB will be usable after the update.1.Download Firmware Update File
